Lutruwita

Sometimes called Tasmania.

A tiny film of 1.11 mins. Made on a misty-rain morning in May 2017.
At Binalong Bay, near the ‘Bay of Fires’.

A morning both sad and deeply beautiful.

The gorgeous and heart rending music is by Kitka, from the Sanctuary: A Cathedral Concert album. The piece is called Szombateste búcsúztató. This is only the first bit of it.

I’ve made another film using this music and a sister piece form the same album; a film made from a single tree: the Fig Goddess. A Tree sacred to me.
